Our Story
TPA Mobile Labs was created to bridge the gap between care and treatment.
In 2023, a dilemma presented itself among the founder and her grandmother. Her grandmother was ill, elderly and could not leave her home to get tested in time to obtain a diagnosis from a clinic. By the time the grandmother was well enough to ride in a car to the clinic, the clinic had closed. Due to high cost and time spent at the local hospital, that route was not an option either.
The founder had a few Covid-19 test on hand, and after conversing with the grandmother, went over and used an at-home test to verify the illness.
Once the test provided a positive outcome, the founder reached out to the grandmother's providing physician, but the office was closed. The grandmother reviewed her symptoms online and took precautionary measures until she could get in touch with her provider the next day.
The founder then began taking action to create a space where something like this would not occur again, bridging the gap between care and treatment.
By partnering with physicians and medical doctors, TPA Mobile Labs will now be able to offer medical assistance in regard to obtaining necessary treatment once a patient's health status is confirmed.
