What payment methods do you accept?

Payment Methods

Currently we only take self-pay clients. However, if you have insurance, you can request reimbursement from them for most services we provide. We do provide an itemized receipt upon request and even guide you on how to properly fill out the application for reimbursement. It does take up to 30-days for reimbursement to be paid once approved. Though we do not currently accept insurance right now, we are in the process of applying to become an approved service provider.

We do currently accept all other forms of payments such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Square, Most Major Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, Cash App, Stripe and ACH payments. If you are interested in purchasing our services with Crypto Wallet or digital assets, we will soon be able to accept that as well. Financing may be available for some services through Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay. 

How do I know if my tests are accurate?

We partner with certified laboratories that follow strict quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable results. All testing is conducted using FDA-approved or CLIA - certified methods, and results are reviewed by qualified professionals. 

How do I book an appointment and what is your policy?

Booking & Payment

You can book an appointment through our website or by contacting us directly. Once booked, a representative will contact you. Payment is due at the time of booking and must be made before services are rendered. Please note, all sales are final, and rescheduling may be subject to availability.
